Monsson Training

GWO Training Standards
The Global Wind Organisation (GWO) is a non-profit organization founded and owned by leading wind turbine manufacturers and operators worldwide. As a GWO member, MONSSON supports the mission of creating an injury-free work environment in the wind turbine industry through common international safety standards. In 2012, GWO launched its Basic Safety Training (BST) standard to meet the industry’s need for consistent safety protocols. GWO training programs teach participants how to identify and mitigate safety hazards specific to wind turbine operations. All current GWO training standards can be accessed on our website.

BZEE Training Network Association
BZEE e.V., founded in 2000 by German wind energy industry leaders, develops certified training courses for the wind energy sector. The organization’s high quality standards are maintained through an advisory board of industry players, making BZEE certificates an important sign of quality in the sector. All providers must meet strict certification criteria and undergo regular audits to ensure compliance with BZEE standards. Training courses for instructors maintain consistent quality worldwide. With its focus on practical training on real turbines and close cooperation with the industry, BZEE has trained more people as wind turbine technicians than any other organization.
